Baldwin Press Register Publishes Article

If there were a link to the story I would type it here but there is not.  On December 23, the Baldwin Press Register published a story about:

The Old Loxley Hotel is an official historical landmark which was awarded by the Alabama Historical Commission.

We are very excited for this award and a plaque will be placed on the front as soon as we are done.

This is the entrance from the kitchen in the back. We will be adding an enclosed screened in porch to enjoy in the back.

Need those recipes

The date for submitting recipes has been extended to Christmas.  We need those recipes for our cook book.  Hope you can dig out a few good 'ole southern recipes to share for our fund raiser.


This picture is of the worst side of all the hotel.  The side that will need the most work.  But we will be ready in February to tackle the building and remodel into our history museum of Loxley.
